Was on the road on my way back to NC from Glacier/Yellowstone vacation when my rear driver tire blew just as I pulled off the interstate. Got to the shop just as they were about to close but he acted as if they had all the time in the world to help me. Since he didn't have a tire in my size, he put the spare on and sent me on my way to a bigger town store that had my tire. Super helpful and hardly charged me anything for all the trouble my spare tire caused - in a weird location in my car and not easy to get to. Great folks!
